About
We celebrate VCUarts Qatar’s Interior Design Department post-accreditation review with a showcase of selected student work from 2021 to 2024, highlighting the evolution of knowledge, craft, and creativity. Marked by distinct colors, the exhibit guides visitors through each stage of student development. The “exploded binder” installation reveals the progression from sophomore projects on foam board, reflecting raw curiosity, to junior work on plywood, showcasing material experimentation, and finally, senior projects on acrylic, symbolizing refined expertise. As a CIDA-accredited program, we emphasize hands-on, interdisciplinary learning, blending academics with industry partnerships. This showcase reflects our students’ growth and readiness to shape the future of design.

Post-CIDA Exhbition
(Wayfinding)
​
Designing wayfinding to guide visitors through the exhibition and its sections (Senior, Junior, Sophomore) using color-coded navigation. The floor plan is drawn to a 1:1 scale to align with the interior design theme.
